Resume is playing very much important roll for getting job. Many candidates creating their resumes and applying to the companies but many times they will not get any interview call or assessment mail from companies. So candidates need to build their resumes very well structure and informative.

Nowadays many companies and even startups are using ATS (Application Tracking System) for shortlisting's a resumes received by candidates, Because they can't shortlist manually each resumes in hug numbers. So Basically candidates need to know the how their resumes will select by ATS for getting interview call.

Following are some imp strategy's for building resume

1) Keywords -:

Keyword's are plying very crucial roll while building resume. For selecting keywords, firstly candidates needs to research on them. Search for your job roll and read the job description provided by companies very carefully. You will find out keywords related to hard skill as well as soft skill. Then shortlist as much as possible keywords and use in your resume as form of sentences effectively, such as in profile summary, project description etc.

2) Objective or Summary -:

Write your objective or summary at max in three lines which is mirror of your whole resume. Its include your experience, skills, achievements etc.

3) Skill section -:

In this section add your soft skill and hard skill but don's mix them write it separately. add only those soft skills which is you are confident that you can explain to the infront of interviewer if they ask to you, and same as for technical skills. For technical skills explanations, you can explain through your academic projects and internship projects in whichever you have used that particular skill.

4) Projects -:

In project section you must explain briefly about you all projects. You can add all the projects such as

1) Academic Projects

2) Internship Projects

3) Personal Projects

While writing the points of the projects in the resume consider the following questions and answer them in points 👇🏻

Q. What was the situation?

Q. What was the task given to you?

Q. What action did you take?

Q. What was the result or outcome?

And very importantly 👇🏻

Clearly in every line whatever you're writing anywhere throughout your resume, try to add as many numbers (numerical data) as you can throughout the resume. So try to make sure that the impact which you are making through resume shows that above 4 questions.

Making statements in your work experience or in your project section to make it better understandable.
